    Description

      STEPS
      Cluster consists of single kv, eventing, index and query node each.
      Create rbac user x having following roles.

      Manage Scope Functions [src_bucket:_default] , Data Writer [metadata:*:*] , Data Writer [dst_bucket:*:*] , Data Reader [*:*:*] , Data DCP Reader [*:*:*]

      Create and deploy eventing handler having owner x.
      Rebalance out eventing node.
      Delete and recreate user x having same set of privileges.
      Rebalance in eventing node.

      OBSERVATION
      Handler remains in deployed state.

      Setting the priority to major as it is a corner case scenario.
