UI: Bucket's memory quota displayed wrongly during bucket edit step

    Description

      Build: 7.1.0-1635

      Steps to reproduce: (Manually through UI)

      1. Three node cluster
      2. Create Ephemeral bucket with memory-quota=512M
      3. Click on Bucket -> Edit button

      Observation:

      Mem Quota in Edit Bucket Settings popup is displayed as 1536M

      Note: Hitting same issue with couchbase bucket as well
