Return original version of library to user instead of transpiled version

As and when new services will need the evaluator to process / transpile the user's library code, we need to store two versions of library in store - the original version and transpiled version. Transpiled version will be used by existing /new / recreated workers whereas original form of library code will be returned back to the user over REST calls.
