[JS-Evaluator] : Add interface for logging

Need to switch over the logging interface from accepting file descriptor from embedder to accepting a function ptr / callback to their logging function. This will be achieved either by exporting a golang wrapper function to C layer via CGO or via HTTP proxy server.
