[UI][QWB] the link to learn more about primary index leads to CREATE INDEX page in the documentation

With MB-49322, if the query finds no indexes, a recommendation to create a primary index (along with a button to do so) appears on the QWB results area like this -

The link in the text - "Learn more with the N1QL Language Reference " leads to https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/createindex.html.

It should take the user to the documentation page for Create Primary Index - https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/createprimaryindex.html.
