[CV] Temporarily update Python SDK to 3.2.0

    Description

      What's the issue?
      We are currently using an old version of the Python SDK which started breaking our tests. Right now there is a bug in 3.2.3 that prevents us from updating to the latest version, so for now we should update to 3.2.0 as it is the latest version on which the tests pass.
