[UDF][JS Function Libraries] It would help to have some sort of interactive debugger

Basically when we upload complex javascript, it is hard to debug exactly what is going wrong. It would be nice if we had some way of inserting stop points and looking at various points of the function execution. Related to MB-49998 where we noticed console.log is being ignored, logging statements would be good as well. Maybe something like PDB where we could stop the function execution at a specific point and walk through the execution as we see fit, so we can see exactly where and why the library function cannot be uploaded. Having something like this would greatly help usability in conjunction with the new UDF UI tab
