      Steps to Reproduce
      1. Create a cluster with KV, query, and fts
      2. Create a bucket
      3. Create 20 fts indexes
      4. Run the query

      select count(*) from system:indexes

      works fine.
      5. Run the same query in step 4 with TLS enforced. It errors out as shown in the UI.

      Observations

      On 172.23.120.183, query.log
