gat (get and touch) operation not reporting statistics properly

    Description

      When using the gat operation, it doesn't seem to be recording cmd_get or cmd_set statistics properly.

      -Calling 'gat' does not update cmd_get at all...even though it is a get operation
      -Calling 'gat' on a key that does not yet have an expiry time updates cmd_set
      -Calling 'gat' on a key that already has an expiry time does not update cmd_set

      When using 'gat' heavily, this leads to incorrect statistics being presented both at the server level and within the UI.
