    Description

      Run additional Autofailover experiments with heavy Index load and failover threshold set to its minimum of 5 sec to test:

      1. Whether any Autofailovers occur with CPU throttling disabled.
      2. If #1 is yes, then also test whether CPU throttling with cpuTarget 0.98 prevents them.

      Deepkaran Salooja can you please let me know details of the tests you want and also suggestions for tools that will generate the workload (e.g. if cbindexperf can do what you want or something else is needed).
