Description
Nodes that are removed from clusters become unprovisioned, and can subsequently be added to other clusters.
Single-node clusters, however, are not unprovisionable. We do support force-adding them to other clusters, but this is a little unnatural, because the other cluster shows up, wipes all data and configuration and takes control of the single node cluster.
However, there are cases where we would like to simply unprovision the single node cluster - we have recommended this to users at instances in the past. The only way to do this now is to delete the config.dat and chronicle files. It would be good have an ability to unprovision single node clusters.
