[CX] 500 internal server error returned for magma bucket unsupported message

When we try to create an Analytics collection on a magma bucket, a proper message is returned as "Magma bucket is not supported", however, the error code for the response returned is 500. This can be problematic if the recipient checks for the status code and reports an internal error before checking if a proper error message is returned.
