UI: Unable to access the UI post login

    Description

      Steps:

      • Initialize a single node cluster
      • Login using the UI

      Observation:

      UI keeps on loading / goes blank with the following error,

      Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized)   http://172.23.105.155:8091/pools
      		 
       
      		 
      Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Object Not Found)   http://172.23.105.155:8091/settings/rbac/profiles/@self
