Major Description
If the original master node (the one specified as target in the replication document) is failed over, we're unable to respond to vbucket map changes in xdcr.
The solution involves storing the list of nodes the first time we read the vbucket map and every other thereafter. This will allow us to try other nodes if the original master node is unavailable.
