Occasionally seeing Hard out-of-memory error with the travel-sample dataset

Build : 7.1.0-2231

While creating-dropping all 3 sample buckets in a loop on a 1 node cluster with all services on it, I came across an error for the travel-sample bucket :

Hard out-of-memory error: Bucket "travel-sample" on node 127.0.0.1 is full. No memory currently allocated to this bucket can be easily released.

Now this was also seen in the 7.0.0 release (MB-42748) where it was decided to increase the memory quota for the travel-sample bucket.
