[System test upgrade] - Rebalance elapsed time counter seems to reset back to 0 after 24 hours.

    Description

      I was trying to upgrade using swap rebalance when the rebalance hung for over 24hours, at 27 hour mark it showed as 3 hours of elapsed time. Seems like it's getting reset. This generally is seen during upgrade as rebalances during in mixed mode are far slower than in a homogenous cluster.
