Support cursors to allow query consistency with pagination

    Description

      Customer has reported that using pagination when working with large result set, does not provide a strong consistency in the result set. After all, there are multiple queries submitted in this process. Customer has asked if having a query cursor(new feature) would alleviate this issue.
