[UI] Some settings for EE-only features/services are shown on the Settings page in CE

      Build : 7.1.0-2123

      On the Settings page of the Community Edition, the setting for Analytics Replica is shown. Since Analytics service is EE only, this setting too should not be displayed. Similarly settings for "Optimize Index Placement On Rebalance" and "Enable Bloom Filter" are displayed. "Optimize Index Placement On Rebalance" is for index movement on rebalance feature which is an EE feature. "Enable Bloom Filter" is for Plasma - which is not supported in CE.
