      • Initialize cluster with data,index,n1ql,fts
      • Add 3 more kv nodes
      • Add index node

      Observation:

      Index node add fails with following reason,

      Attention: Prepare join failed. Unsupported service combination. Community edition supports only the following combinations: "data", "data, index, query", "data, index, query, full text search"
