REST API endpoints valid for EE features in CE

    Description

      ns_server should prohibit the REST endpoint /settings/analytics in CE addition.

      The REST endpoint /settings/indexes has settings for both CE and EE.
      The EE setting are:-

      redistributeIndexes (Optimize Index Placement On Rebalance)
      enablePageBloomFilter (Enable Bloom Filter)

      In CE these settings should not be available to GET or POST
