Rebalance out CBAS nodes failed with worker_died error

    Description

      Steps to reproduce -

      1. Have a 6 node cluster, with 4 CBAS and 2 KV nodes.
      2. Create bucket, scopes and collections in KV and load data.
      3. Create dataverses, datasets, indexes etc on CBAS side.
      4. Set replica to 3 and rebalance.
      5. Rebalance out 2 CBAS node.
      6. While rebalance is ongoing, stop couchbase server on one of the outgoing nodes.
      7. Rebalance will fail as expected.
      8. Now restart the couchbase server on the node on which it was stopped in step 6 and wait for server to come up.
      9. rebalance out the same nodes as in step 5.

      Rebalance fails when it should have passed.
