fail to upgrade from 1.8.0 to 1.8.1 on widows

    Description

      Install couchbase server 1.8.0r-55 on windows server 2008 R2 64 bit
      Load data to default bucket
      Shutdown couchbase server
      Upgrade couchbase server to version 1.8.1r-769
      Couchbsae server failed to start.
      Restart couchbase server manually. it starts then stops in few seconds.
      Check in uninstall program windows, I see 2 couchbase version in its: 1.8.0 and 1.8.0r
