Major Description
A change being made for MB-51292 will make the minimum memory for a magma bucket 1GB. QE has requested a way to change this so as to minimize the effects on existing tests (and perhaps be prepared test-wise should customer request lower minimums). Changing the setting should be done via a REST endpoint /internalSettings. Suggest name the setting: AllowLowQuotaMagmaBuckets.
