CX Sprint 284
Description
In the event the link details stored in metakv become corrupt or deleted (e.g. due to bug, inadvertent user interaction with metakv, etc.), when the primary analytics node restarts, the cluster will become permanently unusable. It does not matter whether or not the link was active (connected) or inactive (disconnected) at the time of the restart.
The only remedy should this occur is to completely remove analytics from the cluster (i.e. failover & remove all analytics nodes), and then add the service back.

The UI currently will not allow you to drop or edit a link if any link is in an inconsistent state. A customer will need to drop or edit the link using the CLI (or REST API) in order to repair the inconsistent link. We should consider a release note for this.
