Bad new developer user experience (system looks broken)

I am doing some work related to Query and Analytics features and grabbed RC3 to do it on.  I have noticed the following scary-looking error pretty frequently when I leave CB Server unattended for awhile (e.g., to do other things, or sleep it overnight).  If I quit Couchbase Server and restart it, it resolves the problem, but it sucks to have to do that. I was hoping to be using Neo for a class of 150 students at UCI (proxies for the first-time new developers we hope to capture) - but this makes us look broken/bad and I can already see the class Q&A system lighting up with students thinking things are busted.

This is NOT the developer experience we want!  I am marking this "Critical" because I don't think we should ship a system that does this - hopefully there is a simple fix.  Otherwise we will be turning off (or even scaring off) potential future customers, IMO.

I'm not exactly sure which component to file this against, so I picked on ns_server - please redirect as appropriate.  Thx!  (BTW I verified that at least some others on my team at CB have been seeing this with some frequency as well.)
