Eventing function graphs are empty when we have a "Function scope"

On Enterprise Edition 7.1.0 build 2534 (This is RC4)

I create 1M docs in two collections "bulk._default._default" and "bulk.cust01.ts"

It seems the charts (for Administrator) only show up if the "Function Scope" is  <star>.<star>

When I change is to say "bulk.cust01" the numeric stats still work but the charts are completely blank.

The attached below shows the same function running with only eht "Function Scope" and the "Source Keyspace" as user Admin.
