Description
MemDB NewIterator does not get initialized with the refresh rate from the Config. There is SetRefreshRate API to set the rate but is used only by Visitor. So during scans, refresh rate will remain 0. This can prevent long running scans from refreshing barrier session and can affect memory reclaim by SMR.
