    Description

During upgrade from older version to 7.0.x , when cluster is having mixed server versions (some nodes are on older version and some on 7.0.3),  while accessing documents from 7.0.3 node it is throwing error for the user having documents access
Insufficient permissions to view documents. User must have at least Data Reader on one or more collections, and also the ability to view scopes and collections in that bucket."

Although the cluster is still running with older compatibility version and there is no way to update the permission for the user at scope collection level as the scope collection related changes(example: scope collection related RBAC, scope collection on Buckets page) appears only when whole cluster is upgraded to 7.x version
