[BP 7.1.1 MB-51631] - INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR observed after rebalancing in eventing node

STEPS

• Cluster initially consists of 1 kv and eventing node each.
• Create 4 eventing handlers.
• For 1 of the 4 handlers src_bucket/_default/abcd, I tried to save empty handler code but got compilation error as expected.

• Rebalance in eventing node.

• As soon as rebalance in operation is started, we start receiving 500 errors for src_bucket/_default/abcd handler with invalid syntax error.
