Upgrade/backup instructions cleanup

Need a little cleanup to our upgrade/backup documentation (as per recent customer request)

http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-1.8/couchbase-getting-started-upgrade-individual.html:
-the paths for Membase 1.7.1 are not correct
-We only specifically call out Membase 1.7.x...not a big deal right now, but should we point people to where they can find instructions for upgrading from previous releases?
-The link to "Section 5.2.1 Backup" goes to the 1.8 manual page...but there's no way to find the 1.7.x instructions (since they are different)
