    Description

      on build 7.2.0-1287.

      initialize the cluster.
      add a node to the cluster
      Fails with below error :

      Failed to add node 172.23.105.212:18091 to cluster. Prepare join failed. Error connection_closed happened during REST call post to https://172.23.105.212:18091/engageCluster2. (repeated 2 times, last seen 15.168475 secs ago)
