      Description

I am able to build couchdbx-app using (xcodebuild -target "Couchbase
Server Zip" ) and build succeeds but it fails to start when i try to
start the app either by opening the ".app" under build/Release/ or
      copying the file somewhere else.
you can repro the issue on your machine as well.

the problem seems to go away when i remove the extra space from the
      app name. ( Couchbase Server.app -> CouchbaseServer.app )
I have made sure we have double quotes in install-couchbase or
start-couchbase so i am suspecting that we need to update the +erl
arguments because this file has changes in the ns_server side.
      https://github.com/membase/ns_server/blob/master/couchbase-server.sh.in

      any ideas ?

"the error i see in ns_server.log"but i have no cluse which "sh"
      script it is referring to

        Here's a patch for erlang/R14B03/lib/erlang/lib/ssl-4.1.5/src/ssl_server.erl.

        Jens,

        2.0 builds ( according to https://github.com/membase/manifest/blob/master/external-override-2.0.xml) should use R14B04.

does this patch apply to R14B04 as well ?

I'm fixing this by adding a patch that the voltron makefile will install after it checks out Erlang.

Checked in a series of patches that should make it work.
