XDCR: items don't persist to disk in destination cluster in xdcr

Install couchbase server 2.0.0-1197 on 5 nodes
Create a 2 nodes cluster (102 and 103)
Create default bucket and load 100K items to default bucket.
Create one design doc and one view
Create cluster reference to node 105
Create continuous replication from cluster (102 and 103) to node 105
During replication running, add node 106 to node 105 and rebalance.
Add another node 107 to cluster 105.
When replication is done, total items in cluster 105 is 100K
Create a view on cluster 105
Set map redue count
Total count is 99555, not 100000. MIssing 445
