Eventing success/failure/timeout rate charts do not load whenever function is deployed for a function having non global function scope

Description

STEPS

  1. Cluster consists of single kv, eventing, index and query node each.

  2. Create a new dashboard and add couple of eventing related charts.
    Successful Function Invocations
    Successful Function Invocations Rate

  3. Create an sbm or any other type eventing function having non global function scope.

  4. Deploy eventing function and load some docs into source bucket.

  5. Successful Function Invocations chart is loading correctly but the rate related chart is empty.

  6. Undeploy the function.

  7. As soon as the function is undeployed both charts are loading properly as expected.

NOTE
Issue is not observed when function scope is global.
Rate charts are the ones displayed on the eventing page as well.

I have also attached a video recording demonstrating this particular issue.
