Azure Marketplace script: add ability to automatically set external IP

The ask from this ticket is to add the ability to automatically set the external DNS as the vm dns FQDN if chosen, via the alternate DNS name.

i had more than one time when i had to set it up manually as the way the cluster is created is via the private IP addresses.
