Initial and incremental build time regressed

Multiple initial and incremental plasma and plasma DGM tests were regressed after we replace the index node on nyx cluster.

New hardware has better CPU and memory

New hardware: Xeon Gold 6230 CPU 2.10GHz (80 cores)

Memory is the same 512GB
