[CX] Incorrect result with hash-broadcast join on top of nested loop join

    Description

      The delivered partitioning property of a nested loop join is derived incorrectly. Currently, it is the same as the right branch which is BROADCAST when it should be the same as the left branch. This leads to incorrect result, for example, when there is a hash-broadcast join on top of a nested loop join
