Seeing test-failures on running tests from xdcr.conf on cluster_run

• This is a place-holder for other test failures on xdcr current tests.

Setup:
./cluster_run --nodes=2
./testrunner -i b/resources/dev-2-nodes-xdcr.ini -t xdcr.XDCRTests.test_rebalance_in_continuous_bidirectional_sets_deletes,num_items=10000,poll_sleep=5,poll_timeout=300
