    Description

      The current build instructions in the tlm repo's README do not link to or contain any instructions to run Couchbase Server locally after compiling it. The instructions are in the ns_server repo which is not immediately obvious to newcomers. We should add a link to the Running section of ns_server's README to rectify this.
