Server shows incorrect options on the dropdown box- servernodes

Seeing incorrect UI dropdown options for nodes 10.3.2.51 ,10.3.2.52

Navigate to individual node on the cluster-web.
On the data-buckets per server, select the dropdown menu

Error
On the server dropdown menu - we see that nodes(10.3.2.51, 10.3.2.52) have further nesting and show other information.
We do not expect the server nodes to have sub-parts[nesting]
