[CX] Picking up indexes with CAST option does not check indexed field name

When determining if an index with CAST option is applicable for a predicate, it is not enough to only check that the CAST function used in the predicate is the same as the CAST function used by the index. The field name to which the CAST function is applied needs to be the same in both the index and the predicate.
