[Examinador] Fix FTS indexes using collection-unaware namespaces

What needs to be done?
We had a few failing CV runs due to a recent change to the namespaces of FTS indexes. Previously the "name" of the index would be just the name but now it includes the scope and the collection it belongs to, which break our assertions in Examinador.

We need to fix the expected names in functions/test assertions.
