[CV] [TC] Setup CV for the 'cheshire-cat' branch

What's the issue?
We've created a branch for 'cheshire-cat' in 'tools-common', we should run CV on that branch.

What's the fix?
We need to:

1. Update the branch name in the Jenkins files
2. Run a pipeline scan
3. Trigger a build
