vb_active_num_non_resident overflow : active resident ratio shows negative number

Create 10 nodes cluster in ec2 and load 40 million items to cluster.
Create load 14K running against cluster.
Do swap rebalance, add a node and remove a node the same time.
Rebalance. We see active resident ratio on one node is negative
