Add some additional %-style date formatting options:
- %x - same as %D
- %r - (12-hour) hh:mm:ss am
- %X - same as %T
- %:z - Time zone as +HH:MM
- %::z - Time zone as +HH:MM:SS
- %:::z - Time zone with only as much precision as is required.
- %V - ISO week number
- %G - Year for ISO week number
- %j - Day of the year
- %q - Quarter (1...4)
- %w - Weekday (Sunday == 0)
- %u - Weekday (Monday == 1, Sunday == 7)
- %U - Week number of year (Sunday is first day of the week)
- %W - Week number of year (Monday is first day of the week)
- %# - Since Epoch as [...]h:mm:ss
- %@ - Since Epoch as [...]h:mm:ss.fff
