2.0.0.dp4 version 722 corrupted bucket

Just started couchbase server on my development machine.

Seemingly the exact same symptoms as this previously reported ticket (that was just closed?) http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/MB-5451

The only differences being;

• This is 2.0.0.dp4 722. (It has NOT been upgraded to version 730)
• The Admin UI is still reporting the correct document count in the bucket summary view
• however the admin UI also shows only 5 existing when "documents" is clicked... like the screenshots in the other issue
• and unexpected error when a document ID is clicked

I have attached;

• diagnostic report
• logs
• screenshot showing the fact that the bucket is NOT exceeding the data space on the system (even though diagnostics says so)
• screenshot showing the document total that is coming back correct from the Admin UI but incorrect when "documents" is clicked
