    Description

      env AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT=cbmtesting /opt/couchbase/bin/cbbackupmgr config -a az://cbmtesting -r repo --obj-staging-dir ~/Projects/couchbase-archive --obj-log-level debug
Backup repository creation failed: failed to lock remote archive: failed to create lockfile object with key 'lock-b2482bf3-cd44-42de-9c2f-20a1064721d9.lk': -> github.com/Azure/azure-pipeline-go/pipeline.NewError, /home/couchbase/jenkins/workspace/couchbase-server-unix/server_build/gopkg/go-1.16.5/pkg/mod/github.com/!azure/azure-pipeline-go@v0.2.3/pipeline/error.go:157
      HTTP request failed

Put "https://cbmtesting.blob.core.windows.net/cbmtesting/lock-b2482bf3-cd44-42de-9c2f-20a1064721d9.lk?timeout=901": dial tcp: lookup cbmtesting.blob.core.windows.net: no such host

The issue here, is that the container doesn't exist so it's failing to perform the request; we should handle this correctly.
