      Scale - 3

      TEST STEP
      Rebalance out single data node.

      [2022-12-05T19:00:01-08:00, sequoiatools/couchbase-cli:7.0:b9adbd] rebalance -c 172.23.108.103:8091 --server-remove 172.23.106.100:8091 -u Administrator -p password

      OBSERVATION
      Rebalance operation is ongoing for almost 9 hours and stuck for default bucket after moving 155/186 vBuckets.

      NOTE
      Marking as regression since same issue was not observed when test ran on 7.0.5-7646 build.
