Add bucket level compression ratio stats

    Description

      Introduce compression ratio stats for documents.
      We need to compute the compression ratio based on uncompressed doc size (pre snappy) and the resulting magma data block size on disk.

      We need to introduce the following stats:
      1. Magma block compression ratio stats
      2. KV-Engine document level compression ratio
      3. Bucket level compression ratio combining (1) and (2)
