Trust Capella Certificate by default

    Description

      Similar to what was done in the SDKs (see CBD-4663) we should by default trust the Capella certificate for XDCR.  

      This should occur if the user hasn't provided their own certificate.  This is important as a fall-back, should the Capella certificate change in future.
